How I am learning to keep myself in discipline

Lately I got occupied with the mundane activities which doesn’t give me much time to pursue my passion.

I have again started working towards my yoga, my meditation practice and believe me it is not easy.

However with these simple steps, I am trying to keep myself focused. In case you are also lost like me, I advise you to follow these simple steps and get back on track again.

  • Set clear goals. What do you want to achieve? Once you know what you want, you can start to break it down into smaller, more manageable steps.
  • Make a plan. Once you have your goals, create a plan for how you’re going to achieve them. This will help you stay on track and avoid getting sidetracked.
  • Remove distractions. When you’re trying to be disciplined, it’s important to remove distractions as much as possible. This means turning off your phone, closing your email, and finding a quiet place to work.
  • Take small steps. Don’t try to change everything at once. Start by making small changes that you can stick with. Over time, these small changes will add up and you’ll be well on your way to becoming more disciplined.
  • Reward yourself. When you achieve a goal, reward yourself. This will help you stay motivated and on track.
  • Don’t give up. Everyone slips up from time to time. When this happens, don’t give up. Just pick yourself up and start again.

Here are some additional tips that may help you:

  • Find your motivation. What motivates you to be disciplined? Is it your health, your career, your relationships, or something else? Once you know what motivates you, you can use it to stay on track.
  • Be patient. It takes time and effort to develop self-discipline. Don’t expect to become a disciplined person overnight. Just keep working at it and you will eventually succeed.
  • Don’t be afraid to ask for help. If you’re struggling to be disciplined, don’t be afraid to ask for help from a friend, family member, therapist, or coach. They can provide you with support and guidance.

Remember, self-discipline is a skill that takes time and practice to develop. Just keep working at it and you will eventually be rewarded for your efforts.

So, stay focused and keep achieving.
