How Yoga helped me throughout these years

I have been on and off Yoga for 4 years. Today, while doing my morning practice, I realized that although I don’t do yoga regularly, the practice has instilled discipline within me. I have become more conscious of my eating habits. I have become conscious of having regular physical activity. Even if you are on and off the mat, the healthy habits always stay and play a role. My subconscious mind always prefers health in many ways. Apart from this, Yoga also has incredible benefits for physical and mental health.
