How does it feel to be on the yoga mat again after so long. Yes it feels scary but at the same time challenging. Multiple questions on my mind – how difficult it will be for me to start it again. Will I have the same flexibility as before and what about strength. I have been a physically active person during this time but not a stern practitioner of Asthanga yoga. However, not only I want to experience the physical benefits but also want to do meditative yoga. I feel this is the correct timing where I can engage in both the physical and meditative process of yoga. And they say, when you are ready the universe also conspire.
I pray to the universe, to bestow upon me the blessing so that I can firmly stay in this path and achieve more than just the physical benefits. So, let’s start again wherever you are, maybe beginner or advanced or have not touched your yoga mat for long. Let’s just start it. Start with 2 mins a day but do it regularly. There is always a benefit of practicing everything daily. If it is really important for you, you will take time and will do it.
I will keep posting about my daily practices and let’s see where it goes after a certain time, what I achieve after a period of practice. Even if you want to start it or do it everyday, just comment and let me know how it is going for you.
