Back after a break

I am back after a long pregnancy break. Life with two kids is pretty amazing and tiring at the same time.However I will continue to learn more about Yoga and will keep updating this website.There can be break in between but not for long. Yoga is an important part of my life and I will keep learning and keep sharing things.

Meanwhile, I will keep my contents mainly about asanas and also about healthy eating.

I am still in process to shed the extra weight. Will keep updating my journey in my blog post.
