Isn’t life all about our attitude and how we deal with every day things? Each one of us has a choice :: every day, every second on how to react to the situation. We might look for the solution or grumble over it. Our choice.
We can go on and on and harp on the things or can gather our cool and look for a way out. Again our choice.
Our choices play an important part in our life.

If it is a matter of choice, then why most of us don’t choose a positive response over that foul temper. May be getting angry is easier and comfortable or may be it happens naturally to us. We don’t want to get angry but it has now become an inherent nature.
If anger, pessimism are engraved within us, then how can we change ourselves. Simply,by our choice.

Even making a choice requires a discipline
You might have encountered some people, who are always happy and optimistic, have a 240 watt bulb glowing personality. These are the people we always want to be. Well, they can be those who have learned the power of choice or may be it is in their genes.Yes there is a scientific study which suggest that being optimistic is in someone’s gene.
However I believe for most people like us, we get easily shaken with little things.We have to remind ourselves on how to react to a particular situation. Reminding how to react is an act of discipline.
If some situation requires our attention, then pause for a moment before reacting to it.
Don’t start assigning the blame, instead look for a way out. If there is nothing that can be done, just let it go and stop lingering on that situation.
Try practicing this in every day’s situation.
Always have a bigger vision in mind
When we choose, we create a future for ourselves. We form a path for ourselves. Our big vision or mission is accomplished by our small choices.
Too snooze off the alarm and again go to sleep or to wake up and meditate is your choice.
Always have a bigger picture when making any choice. Think about the healthier and less stressful life, you will lead if you exercise and meditate.
Every moment and every choice counts
We all have habit of procrastination. It is not only because of laziness that we procrastinate but it can be other things also.
We procrastinate because of fear of failure, distraction,complex situations which are far from our comfort zone.
Try avoid giving excuse and avoid looking for a perfect time to start an activity.
Don’t ignore the power of the present moment.
Instead next time when you feel like avoiding a thing, make a choice. Choice to fight your fear, choice to not give up and keep rolling till you are satisfied.Make it a habit to make an intelligent choice in every moment.
Nothing compares the joy that we receive once we complete what we have decided. The sense of accomplishment is bigger than the fear of the failure.
Remember the happiness, that you get once you have completed an hour in gym or that run during weekend.
